This is my first visit with Dr OGIDON. I had a wonderful visit with him. He’s very easy to talk to, and he didn’t make me feel rushed.

I hate giving it a 5 as it will get busy when I do that. I drive 45 miles to see Dr. Ogedan. He is the best diagnostic dude. His staff is sweet. They are caring and efficient The office manager for the clinic runs a tight ship with the front desk people and they provide good customer service

I want to start by saying that Dr. Patrick Ogidan is one of the most compassionate and attentive physicians I have ever encountered. He is incredibly patient, takes the time to listen, and approaches care with a level of thoroughness and genuine concern that is rare. It is clear that he prioritizes the well-being of his patients and never makes me feel rushed during appointments. Unfortunately, my experience with his nurse has been the complete opposite. She is consistently unfriendly and often appears more focused on hurrying appointments along than supporting patient care. On multiple occasions, she has interrupted my visits, cutting Dr. Ogidan off mid-conversation and limiting the time needed for meaningful discussion. In addition to her demeanor, her level of organization and follow-through has been concerning. Prescription refill requests have not been handled in a timely manner, which has resulted in delays in receiving necessary medication. Even after providing ample notice, there was little sense of urgency or accountability. Communication with the pharmacy has also been difficult due to incomplete or delayed paperwork. What is most troubling is the lack of professionalism

Brought my dad in as a new patient to establish care. From the phone call to make the appointment, to check in, everyone is so sweet. Dr. Gordon is a doll. Treated my dad with compassion and love. I will be sending her patients for sure!

I LOVE LOVe LOVE Dr. Natalie Gordon. I haven’t had a physical in 20 years due to a bad experience drawing blood when I was 18 y.o. As a dentist, I avoided all doctors the way ppl avoid the dentist, until I met Dr. Gordon. She made me feel so comfortable and heR bedside manner is gentle and professional. She never makes you feel judged, and is incredibly empathetic. Doctors like her are truly once in a lifetime!
